A quick return to full-time, in-school education is not feasible because of logistical and scheduling issues, superintendent Carol Cavanaugh told School Committee members Thursday. The issue of how and when to return to school full-time will be the task of a group scheduled to be discussed at the Dec. 17 School Committee meeting, she said.
The Hopkinton Center for the Arts announced Thursday that co-director Kris Waldman has decided to leave the organization at the end of this year. Waldman has been with the HCA for 15 years, first as board chair and executive director of the Cultural Arts Alliance, then in her joint leadership of the HCA with Kelly Grill.
The town’s latest COVID-19 update shows 42 active cases in town, as the post-holiday spike continues.
