by | Jan 4, 2024 | Featured: News, News

UPDATE: The water main that broke Thursday morning on Maple Street was repaired by early afternoon, restoring water and traffic access, according to an email from the Department of Public Works.

Traffic was closed on Maple Street on Thursday morning in response to a water main break on Maple Street between Pleasant Street and Grove Street.

DPW shut off water in the surrounding area, according to a press release from DPW Director Kerry Reed.

While water has been restored, there may be water discoloration throughout the area when the water is turned back on.
