The Hopkinton Chinese American Association and the South Asian Circle of Hopkinton are celebrating Asian American Heritage Month in May. On Friday, May 10, from 7-8 p.m., there will be a free culinary medicine virtual workshop for Asian power bowls, including a live meal prep demonstration.
