Hopkinton Cub Scouts will host a fishing event/information session on Wednesday, May 18, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Sandy Beach on Lake Maspenock. Attendees can bring their own rod or one will be provided. Instructors will teach fishing basics from 6:30-6:45 p.m., then participants can fish for the rest of the evening. While the kids are fishing, parents can learn more about Hopkinton’s Cub Scout program (Pack 4 and Pack 97) for the coming year.
