The Hopkinton Women’s Club’s next monthly meeting is Monday, March 10, in the Large Event Room at the Hopkinton Public Library, beginning with a social hour at 9:30 a.m. Following a business meeting, at 11 a.m., Dr. Melissa Mahr of the Milford Regional Physician Group will present a program on aging well over 50. All are welcome for the presentation, which will cover preventative health screenings, hormonal changes and menopause, bone and joint health, heart health, mental health, weight management and nutrition, and healthy living tips.
