The MetroWest YMCA Outdoor Center will host a free outdoor yoga session in partnership with The Art of Living on Sunday, June 28, from 8-9:30 a.m. Two parallel sessions will be offered for children and adults. Refreshments will be offered as part of the event, and families will have time to connect after the sessions.
