The Hopkinton Center for the Arts is featuring Toni Lynn Washington’s Album Release Party on Sunday, Dec. 8, from 3-5 p.m. Washington, dubbed “Boston’s Queen of the Blues,” also will be celebrating her birthday along with other Boston musicians playing gospel and blues music.
