The Hopkinton Health Department and the Hopkinton Women’s Club are hosting a free Well Mama Workshop on Tuesday, March 19, from 5-7 p.m. at the Hopkinton Public Library’s Betty Strong Room. Tina Agostinelli a certified lactation educator and the owner/founder of Breastfeeding Balance, LLC, will be the presenter, bringing awareness to maternal health and discussing ways to support mothers in every phase of their journey.
