As part of its Family Dinner Night program, the MetroWest YMCA in Hopkinton will host a special class on Indian cooking taught by the organization’s Boston Marathon charity runner. The event is Friday, Jan, 20, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the YMCA administration building teaching kitchen (45 East Street). Usha will share traditional recipes from her culture, including commonly used spices and foods found in Indian cuisine, and the group will cook a delicious entree and side dish together.
