The MetroWest YMCA Outdoor Center in Hopkinton will host Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 25, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. This free event, best suited for children ages 2-14 and their parents/caregivers, is designed to encourage families to build healthy habits together through movement, play and connection. Activities will include a family trail run, kids dash, gardening, art, STEM challenges, rock climbing, archery, wellness resources, camp tours, live music and more.
