Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a video or two to brighten your morning.
The Hopkinton Center for the Arts’ weeklong fundraiser, Art @ a Distance, kicks off this weekend with a live concert Saturday by the Claflin Hill Orchestra. The live event is sold out, but tickets to watch online are available. On Sunday there is an online children’s concert by Dan and Claudia Zanes.
The Marathon Quilters Guild’s Roadside Quilt Show is Sunday. Enjoy a splash of color and design displayed along the fences surrounding the Town Common and at the HCA Farmhouse from 1-5 p.m. The quilts can be viewed from a car or by walking along the street wearing masks and respecting social distance.
