Hopkinton Today: Friday, June 10

by | Jun 10, 2022 | Featured: Features, Hopkinton Today

Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.

School safety, the contract for nurses and the Elmwood School building project were among the topics on the Hopkinton School Committee agenda on Thursday night.

Photographer Amit Jagdale took photos of some colorful flowers at the Legacy Farms North development earlier this week.

The Hopkinton Center for the Arts will host an exhibition titled “The Rust of Us” from June 19-July 25. The exhibition features the photographs of Mark Mercer and the paintings of Christopher Plunkett. Noted works are Plunkett’s vendor series created from his experience as a vendor at Fenway Park, and Mercer’s vintage rusty details of old cars and trucks.
