Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a video or two to brighten your morning.
School Committee members raised concerns about several issues, including potential class sizes at the middle and high school and crowded conditions in the high school hallways, during a discussion on school reopening plans at a working session Sunday. The issue of reopening schools full-time will be further discussed at the next School Committee meeting this Thursday, with the potential for a vote to be taken then.
The latest edition of Business Briefs leads with UniBank donating $20,000 to the Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce to renew its five-year sponsorship of the Gateway Green Beautification Site.
This week’s Library Corner has information on a Women’s History Month program as well as yoga classes, book groups and crafts projects.
Town meetings tonight include the Board of Health (5:30) and Parks & Recreation Commission (5:30) as well as a join meeting with the Board of Library Trustees, Friends of the Hopkinton Public Library and Hopkinton Public Library Foundation.
