Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a video or two to brighten your morning.
Hopkinton’s latest COVID-19 update includes information about a regional vaccine clinic that is being organized by the Hopkinton Health Department in collaboration with some neighboring towns. Hopkinton residents now can sign up for appointments and get the vaccine in Westborough.
This week’s edition of the Police Log features reports of multiple hit-and-run accidents, malfunctioning gas pumps, illegal burns, orphaned raccoons and an ankle monitoring device with a low battery.
The Hopkinton Garden Club’s April presentation will be “Say It with Flowers … Springtime,” a video program hosted by floral designer Thelma Shoneman and featuring five floral designs of varying design types. The presentation will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m.
Town meetings tonight include the Appropriation Committee (3:30), School Committee (7), Zoning Advisory Committee (7) and Board of Library Trustees (7).
