The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will continue ramp closures overnight at the Interstate 90/Interstate 495 interchange in Hopkinton starting Monday, according to a recent notice.

All closures this week, with the exception of the one from the I-495 northbound and southbound ramps to I-90 westbound, are scheduled to take place from 10 p.m.-5 a.m.

MassDOT reported it will close the I-495 northbound ramp to I-90 eastbound (Exit 58) Monday through Thursday. Traffic will continue on I-495 northbound to Route 9 westbound (Exit 59B) in order to reverse direction and access I-90 via I-495 southbound.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, MassDOT plans to close the I-495 northbound and southbound ramps to I-90 westbound. Drivers will be detoured onto I-90 eastbound (Exit 58) to Route 9 (Exit 111) in order to reverse direction onto I-90 westbound. In its notice, MassDOT stated that this closure would be in place from 11 p.m.-5 a.m.

Wednesday night through Friday night, MassDOT will close the I-90 eastbound ramp to I-495 northbound (Exit 106). The detour in place during the closure will direct drivers down I-495 southbound to West Main Street (Exit 54A) in order to reverse direction.

The agency also stated in its notice that the the I-90 westbound ramp to I-495 northbound will be closed overnight Wednesday through Friday. While the closure is in place, traffic will be directed to take the I-495 southbound ramp (Exit 106B) down to West Main Street (Exit 54A) to access I-495 northbound.

Appropriate signage and law enforcement details will be in place. Drivers should anticipate delays and exercise caution while traveling through work zones.
