Schools to let out early Tuesday due to expected storm

by | Dec 22, 2025 | Education, Featured: Education

The district announced Monday that due to a snowstorm expected Tuesday, schools will implement an early release schedule.

The high school and middle school will let out at noon, while the elementary schools will dismiss at 1 p.m.

A decision on evening athletic events at the high school will be made by 2 p.m. Tuesday, which is the last day of classes before winter break.

Hopkinton is only expected to get 1-3 inches of snow Tuesday, but the timing is what led to the district’s decision. The snow is predicted to start around 10 a.m. and continue into the late evening hours.
