Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a video or two to brighten your morning.
There are a number of online activities planned for Martin Luther King Day today. Among the events are a story time and crafts program for children, as well a talk by Hyppolite Ntigurirwa, an international peace activist and child survivor of the 1994 Rwanda genocide.
Hopkinton’s latest COVID-19 update focuses on information about the vaccination process and when everyone can expect to obtain the vaccine. The general public is scheduled to start the process in April.
Registration is open for Hopkinton Little League baseball and softball, which is open to children starting at age 5 (as of Aug. 31, 2021). The deadline to sign up is Jan. 31.
