ARRESTS

August 16
12:48 a.m. Officers Stephen Buckley and Ryan Polselli conducted a motor vehicle stop of an erratic operator on Ash Street and requested a Spanish-speaking officer from Milford. Subsequently a 26-year-old Framingham resident was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

August 10
12:48 a.m. Officer Kevin Sager checked on Sandy Beach.
1:38 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield completed checks of the clubhouse on Woodview Way.
2:01 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley completed checks of the YMCA on East Street.
2:14 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley checked on a person who parked his moped in the CVS parking lot on Main Street and walked across the street to Hopkinton Drug and looked inside the business through the front door. The individual left the area after speaking with Officer Buckley.
7:06 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan reported a motor vehicle accident involving personal injury on East Main Street. Officer Jay Deiana responded and requested the Fire Department for an evaluation. A tow truck was requested. A report was to follow.
7:26 a.m. A Greystone Lane walk-in reported her dog, a black female Great Dane with white markings, was missing. The animal control officer and Officer Philip Powers were advised.
7:57 a.m. A caller reported a road work sign was obstructing the view of traffic on Gassett Road. Officer Matthew Santoro responded and moved the sign back.
8:09 a.m. The Water Department reported a tree fell on wires in the back of its building on Fruit Street. Eversource was notified.
9:46 a.m. Multiple callers complained about the traffic flow at the West Main Street intersection, and some requested the road detour sign be placed at East Street and Walnut Street in Upton to avoid the intersection. Officer Matthew Santoro responded to the area and reported the road was not closed.
1:29 p.m. A detail officer reported a tractor-trailer struck a light on West Main Street and knocked it over. Officers Jay Deiana, Jessica Ferreira and Philip Powers responded and caught up with the truck. The DPW was notified. A report was to follow.
1:34 p.m. A motorist reported he ran out of gas on East Main Street. Officer Philip Powers responded and stood by while the caller waited for gas.
3:50 p.m. A walk-in reported her passport was stolen. Officer Cody Normandin assisted and took a report.
4:12 p.m. A Fruit Street caller reported a suspicious male around her property. Officer Robert Ekross responded and the person checked out OK.
5:22 p.m. Officer Brian Sanchioni assisted the Ashland Police Department with a gun search.
6:35 p.m. A Hayden Rowe Street caller reported receiving multiple scam phone calls and wanted it logged.
6:50 p.m. A Carriage Hill Road resident reported someone kept hitting golf balls toward his house and broke a window. Officer Cody Normandin responded and took a report of vandalism.
8:23 p.m. A South Street business owner reported seeing a white car with three occupants in front of his business. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officers Robert Ekross and Cody Normandin responded and spoke with the occupants, who were the cleaning staff. All was OK.

August 11
12:26 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley completed checks of Constitution Court.
12:37 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley checked on Elizabeth Road property.
8:54 a.m. A motorist reported his vehicle was damaged by some debris on the MassPike. The State Police were contacted and responded.
12:26 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
12:58 p.m. Officer Brian Sanchioni and K-9 Titan completed a demo on Elm Street.
2:13 p.m. A caller complained of a broken telephone pole that had not been fixed and was a potential hazard. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil logged the complaint.
2:59 p.m. A Woodview Way caller reported a past fight. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officers Tyler Brabham and Brian Sanchioni responded and reported it was a verbal altercation. A report was to follow.
4:10 p.m. A caller reported an inappropriate Craigslist post. Officer Tyler Brabham spoke with the caller and took a report.
4:22 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield assisted a disabled motor vehicle on East Street and contacted a towing company.
7:07 p.m. A nurse with a patient on Constitution Court reported her patient was verbally abusive and took medications that were supposed to be locked away. Officers Tyler Brabham and Brendon Lyver responded and were cleared en route, as the issue was resolved.
7:26 p.m. A passerby reported flowing water on Wood Street. Officer Brendon Lyver responded and reported a broken sprinkler head from roadwork.

August 12
12:20 a.m. Officers Kevin Sager and Stephen Buckley checked on a motor vehicle on Lakeshore Drive and moved the occupants along.
10:52 a.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan completed community policing on Mayhew Street.
1:35 p.m. A Sandy Beach parking attendant reported three vehicles were not parked in parking spots and were blocking other vehicles. Officer Matthew Santoro responded and issued two parking citations.
1:51 p.m. Officers Matthew Santoro and Philip Powers assisted with traffic control on West Main Street while a tow truck hooked up a motor vehicle.
4:59 p.m. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Brendon Lyver assisted the Milford Police Department and the State Police with a motor vehicle stop on Hayden Rowe Street.
6:17 p.m. A caller reported a possible water main break on Whalen Road, where water was leaking from the roadway. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and confirmed a small leak but no hazards. The Water Department was notified and responded to fix it.
8:29 p.m. Officer Tyler Brabham assisted the State Police on West Main Street.
10:17 p.m. Multiple callers reported a possible road rage incident on Wood Street where a water bottle was thrown at a vehicle. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Brendon Lyver responded and caught up with the offending vehicle at the high school on Hayden Rowe Street. A civil citation was issued for a passenger violation.
11:50 p.m. Officer Kevin Sager completed property checks on Elizabeth Road.

August 13
12:07 p.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan completed property checks at the Senior Center on Mayhew Street.
12:45 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Matthew Santoro and Moira McGaffigan and the Fire Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle on fire on West Main Street. An ambulance responded and transported two people to the hospital.
1:52 p.m. A Wildlife Drive resident reported someone threw a black substance all over her house and property. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and took a report of vandalism.
4:07 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin completed checks of Wilson Street property.
5:29 p.m. Officers Robert Ekross and Cody Normandin responded to a traffic complaint on Clinton Street and spoke with the involved parties. Officer Normandin followed one of the involved parties to the Holliston town line.
8:45 p.m. Multiple callers reported a fallen tree on Wood Street. Officer Tyler Brabham responded along with the DPW.

August 14
1:53 a.m. Officer Ryan Polselli conducted property checks on Wildlife Drive.
6:24 a.m. Officer Ryan Polselli attempted to move cars along on Cedar Street that were parked and causing a hazard.
9:43 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan completed community relations at the State Park headquarters on Cedar Street.
10:24 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan completed community policing at the State Park on Cedar Street and reported no vehicles were lined up in the street and the parking lot was only half full.
11:10 a.m. A Pond Street caller reported a suspicious vehicle at the end of her driveway that left when she went to leave. She requested a check of the area. The vehicle had front-end damage. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and checked the area with a negative find.
6:45 p.m. A caller reported a disturbance at Lake Maspenock. Officer Cody Normandin responded to Lakeshore Drive and subsequently issued a parking citation.
7:56 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross reported a deceased deer in the roadway of Cedar Street. The animal control officer was notified.
10:10 p.m. An Apple Tree Hill resident complained of loud music coming from behind the complex, possibly by Elmwood School. Officer Cody Normandin responded and found all quiet.

August 15
1:25 a.m. Officer Brittany Firth checked on Wilson Street property.
2:38 a.m. A Clinton Street caller complained of loud music in the area. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Brittany Firth responded and were unable to locate the source of the music. The Ashland Police Department was advised and it was reported the music was coming from people at the quarry.
3:04 a.m. An Emerson Way resident complained of loud music in the area. Sergeant William Burchard responded and reported the Ashland Police Department was investigating the quarry.
10:31 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle at the Sandy Beach parking lot did not have the proper pass. Officer Brittany Firth responded to Lakeshore Drive and issued a parking citation.
11:01 a.m. A Walcott Drive caller complained of loud music in the area. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded and checked the area with a negative find.
12:36 p.m. A walk-in spoke with Sergeant Timothy Brennan about the drug box and an issue regarding the State Park.
3:32 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross issued a parking citation on Lakeshore Drive for parking in a prohibited area.
4:11 p.m. Multiple callers reported trailers parked on Lakeshore Drive without proper passes. Officer Robert Ekross responded and spoke with the owners.
4:40 p.m. A caller reported multiple cars parked on Pond Street loading boats into the lake, along with dirt bikes blocking traffic. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Cody Normandin responded and reported all checked out OK.
5:21 p.m. A caller complained about parking on Park Street. Officer Cody Normandin responded and shut down Park Street, as it was difficult for vehicles to get through the barricade on Park Street and Hayden Rowe Street. A detour sign was put in place.
7:00 p.m. Officer Ryan Polselli checked on a group of youths on Hayden Rowe Street. All was OK.
7:11 p.m. A Ray Street caller reported someone taking photos of his house. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and the person was gone upon his arrival.
9:45 p.m. A caller reported a child’s bicycle at the trailhead on Pond Street. Officer Robert Ekross responded and reported it had been there for a while.

August 16
12:20 a.m. Officer Kevin Sager checked on a person on Lakeshore Drive and all was OK.
12:33 a.m. Officer Ryan Polselli checked on Ash Street property.
3:19 a.m. The DPW requested assistance with white paint left on the roadway of West Main Street by painters painting lines. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded and assisted.
3:21 a.m. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded along with Fire Department to smoke alarms sounding on Smith Road. A faulty second floor detector was found.
4:44 p.m. Multiple callers reported a male exposed on the side of the road on Lumber Street. Officer Cody Normandin responded and spoke with the individual, who was moved along.
6:01 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil assisted a town maintenance worker who left his keys inside a Wood Street building. Access was gained to the building.
6:22 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street and stood by while the vehicle was towed.
11:55 p.m. Officer Kevin Sager completed checks of Elizabeth Street property.
