Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.

Voting in the state primary election will take place today from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Hopkinton Middle School’s Brown Gym.

The Hopkinton Sustainable Green Committee with Green Team Junk Removal will be at the Hopkinton High School parking lot on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. to collect items for reuse and recycling.

The MetroWest YMCA Family Outdoor Center in Hopkinton will open its doors for Welcoming Week from Sept. 9-18. Events include three nights of sports and meals on Sept. 12, 14 and 16.
