ARRESTS

December 7
11:36 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle crashed on West Main Street, drove right through the median, then drove away. A second caller reported the vehicle possibly hit a tree and may have heavy front end damage. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and stopped the vehicle at Pleasant Street and Main Street. Officer Brennan Grimley headed to the crash site on West Main Street and reported it appeared the operator drove over the barrier and flipped over. A 24-year-old from Candia, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with leaving a firearm in a vehicle, leaving scene of property damage, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and OUI liquor. Officer Saletnik followed the ambulance to Milford Hospital. A tow truck removed the vehicle.

12:39 a.m. Officer Alexander Stewart made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
1:42 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on East Main Street property.
5:19 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley issued two overnight parking ban citations on Church Place.
9:22 a.m. A Wedgewood Drive resident reported an ongoing parking complaint of construction vehicles blocking the roadway and mailboxes. Officer Sean McKeon responded and spoke with the construction crew, and the vehicles subsequently were removed.
10:28 a.m. A caller reported a truck was stuck under the bridge at the Southborough town line. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded and reported the truck was gone upon his arrival.
10:57 a.m. A Baker Lane resident reported a suspicious van sitting in her driveway for about 15 minutes. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded and checked the area with a negative find on the vehicle.
11:06 a.m. A Downey Street caller reported a past incident of a suspicious female walking house to house and moving her vehicle. The incident was logged. Sergeant Timothy Brennan was to investigate.
11:12 a.m. An Autumn Ridge Road caller reported someone opened a credit card in her name. Officer Brittany Firth took a report of fraud.
2:34 p.m. A Nazneen Circle resident reported check fraud after he deposited a check and his bank advised it was not valid. Officer Brittany Firth assisted and took a report.
3:11 p.m. A caller reported two hunters in the State Park and requested assistance. Officer Robert Ekross responded and reported the hunters were in a legal position.
3:35 p.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil assisted with a civil dispute on Main Street.
5:49 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Main Street who ran through lights. Sergeant Matthew McNeil caught up with the vehicle and the operator checked out OK.

December 7
1:59 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on a motor vehicle on Avenue F.
8:27 a.m. A caller reported two loose dogs on Wilson Street. Officer Robert Ekross responded and checked the area with a negative find.
10:03 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street. No personal injuries were reported.
10:53 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan completed community relations at the high school.
11:19 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan checked on a suspicious person on Hayden Rowe Street and found a mother waiting for a child to be dismissed from school.
1:33 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross responded to a motor vehicle accident on Clinton Street and took a crash report.
7:10 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
9:59 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on South Street property.

December 8
5:36 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious vehicle stopped on Saddle Hill Road and two people exited and approached a house with flashlights, then returned to the vehicle and left the area. Officers Brennan Grimley and Nicholas Saletnik responded. A neighbor stated she believed they were delivery drivers.
7:30 a.m. A walk-in reported his lost phone was pinging at the police station. His phone was with a prisoner, a friend of his. The dispatcher assisted.
8:20 a.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil assisted an East Main Street business.
12:24 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Sean McKeon assisted a person on Main Street and took a report.
12:59 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded to a civil dispute on West Main Street, where the owner of a property shut off the power in his tenant’s residence. The owner refused to turn the power back on. The tenant was advised to contact Eversource.
1:10 p.m. Officer Matthew Santoro responded to a report of suspicious activity on Hayden Rowe Street and took a report.
1:32 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Elm Street property.
3:02 p.m. A West Main Street resident reported someone was on his property and he did not want them there. Officers Robert Ekross and Cody Normandin responded and took a report of a disturbance.
6:35 p.m. An Aspen Way caller reported he locked himself out of the house and his 2-year-old son was inside. Officer Nicholas Saleetnik responded along with the Fire Department and gained access.
7:13 p.m. A motorist reported hitting a parked car on Constitution Court. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and took a report.

December 9
1:21 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of Parkwood Drive.
1:26 a.m. Office Tyler Staback checked on Hayden Rowe Street property.
7:38 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle rear-ended another vehicle on Wood Street. Officer Alexander Stewart responded and took a report.
8:17 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded to a citizen complaint on Pond Street, where a truck was dumping dirt and blocking the roadway. The truck was gone upon his arrival.
8:42 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon assisted students with arrival at Elmwood School.
11:44 a.m. Officer Alexander Stewart responded to a motor vehicle crash on Pleasant Street. No personal injuries were reported.
4:23 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan assisted a person with signature verification for a passport.
5:54 p.m. A caller reported an erratic red pickup truck exited the highway and drove over grass onto West Main Street. The vehicle had front-end damage and sped into the Price Chopper parking lot. Officers Shannon Beloin and Cody Normandin responded. The truck was gone upon their arrival.
8:32 p.m. Officers Cody Normandin and Shannon Beloin responded to a motor vehicle accident on East Main Street. No personal injuries were reported.
10:45 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan made check of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.

December 10
2:52 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on a vehicle parked on Hayden Rowe Street and found it secure.
4:13 a.m. Officer Alexander Stewart checked on South Street property.
8:01 a.m. Officers Tyler Staback and Shannon Beloin responded to a report of suspicious activity at a Pleasant Street house and found all doors secured and cars in the driveway.
9:58 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in a Mayhew Street parking lot. Officer Cody Normandin responded and reported the vehicle belonged to a volunteer. All was OK.
3:19 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Alexander Stewart and Cody Normandin completed community relations on Mayhew Street.
3:43 p.m. A walk-in from Revolutionary Way reported his vehicle was hit overnight while parked in the parking lot. Officer Alexander Stewart took a report.
6:05 p.m. Multiple callers reported a vehicle struck a deer on West Main Street. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Cody Normandin responded and dispatched the animal.
7:28 p.m. A Patriots Boulevard resident reported suspicious activity. Officer Cody Normandin responded and reported an animal likely got into the trash.
10:36 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard checked on a vehicle on Deer Run and spoke to the operator, who was waiting for her daughter.
10:41 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard made check of Main Street buildings.

December 11
1:01 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on Parkwood Drive property.
1:13 a.m. Officers Brennan Grimley and Cody Normandin assisted the State Police on Oakhurst Road with taking a person into custody.
5:30 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley issued an overnight parking ban citation on Victory Lane.
7:51 a.m. A Pheasant Hill Road caller reported a front door was found open. Officers Robert Ekross and Tyler Staback responded, checked the home and found all clear and no sign of forced entry.
9:43 a.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
12:45 p.m. The State Police requested assistance with a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 495. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Tyler Staback responded and assisted. Personal injuries were reported.
4:18 p.m. Office Cody Normandin responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on East Main Street and took a report.
4:42 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour reported a vehicle hit the curb on Main Street and got a flat tire. Officer LaTour assisted the disabled vehicle.
5:14 p.m. Multiple callers reported vehicles stuck on Wood Street and a possible accident. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and assisted.
5:38 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin assisted a tow truck with a disabled motor vehicle on Main Street.
5:40 p.m. A caller reported several cars stuck on Canterbury Lane. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and assisted.
5:44 p.m. A motorist reported a vehicle rear-ended him on Chestnut Street. No personal injuries were reported.
5:55 p.m. A caller reported a truck hit a cable line on Cedar Street. Sergeant William Burchard responded along with Eversource.
6:03 p.m. The DPW reported a vehicle was struck multiple times on Cedar Street. Officer Cody Normandin responded. The vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
6:53 p.m. A motorist on Stoney Brook Road requested help, as her vehicle was skidding. Officer Cody Normandin responded. The vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
9:48 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard transported a person to East Main Street, where he left his vehicle in the afternoon when the snow was falling.
11:19 p.m. A caller requested advice about a civil dispute with his landlord. Officer Alexander Stewart spoke with the caller and assisted.
11:35 p.m. Office Brennan Grimley made checks of Hayden Rowe Street property.

December 12
1:27 a.m. Officer Alexander Stewart checked on Pratt Way property.
10:26 a.m. The Upton Police Department reported an erratic operator on Interstate 495. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded but did not locate the vehicle.
12:36 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded to a minor motor vehicle accident on Main Street and took a report.
1:16 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle parked at the Peppercorn walking trail on School Street for a couple of days. Sergeant Timothy Brennan notified the Upton Police Department, as the vehicle was at the town line.
5:12 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted an individual with fingerprinting at the station.
6:36 p.m. A caller complained of a dog barking on Mount Auburn Street. The dispatcher spoke with the owner, and the animal control officer was notified.
