Organizers of the Hop Yellow Bag Day cleanup announced that the event has been postponed to Sunday from 9 a.m.-noon due to the inclement weather forecast for Saturday.
Volunteers will meet at the Town Common gazebo at 8:30 a.m. to pick up a yellow trash bag.
After picking up trash in a section of town, volunteers will leave their trash bags on the side of the road. Crews from the Department of Public Works will collect them on Monday.
Volunteers should wear bright clothes and work gloves.
