Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

Law enforcement officials announced Friday that four individuals have been arrested and charged in connection with 43 burglaries and break-ins across 25 towns in Massachusetts, including Hopkinton, between 2018 and 2024, with homes owned by South Asian residents specifically targeted.

This week’s Library Corner includes information on a chicken egg hatching, author talks, open video game play, doughnut story time and more.

Our latest Business Profile highlights Regatta Point Community Sailing, which makes its debut at Hopkinton State Park on May 4.

The Hopkinton Historical Society, together with the Hopkinton Freedom Team, will present Reading Frederick Douglass Together on the Hopkinton Town Common on Saturday, May 18, from 1-4 p.m.
