The Conservation Commission at its meeting Tuesday voted 5-0 to appoint Judy Day as the town’s new conservation administrator.

This week’s Police Log features reports of someone stealing traffic cones, a person trapped in their vehicle by live wires and a chicken relocated from Legacy Farms North.

Philip Joseph Mercurio Jr., 90, of Hopkinton passed away Oct. 20.

    I was born in Framingham and raised in Hopkinton on the corner of Downey and West Main Street.
    I loved growing up in Hopkinton and go back to visit Friends very often. Love that I can read what is happening in Hopkinton regularly. Thanks so much for doing this
