Trash drop-off Friday/Saturday at E.L. Harvey for those who missed curbside pickup

by | Jan 29, 2026 | News

The town announced Thursday that residents who missed curbside trash collection this week due to the storm can drop off their trash at E.L. Harvey’s recycling center this Friday and Saturday (Jan. 30-31). The center is located at 394 Wood Street.

Drop-off times are 7 a.m.-3 p.m. both days.

Residents can drop off bagged household waste into dumpsters at the center located where yard waste usually is collected, opposite the recycling dumpsters.

The announcement notes: “This service is only being offered to help those who could not get their trash collected because of the storm and will not be offered on other days.”

Trash pickup continues to be on a one-day delayed schedule this week. Trash and recycling will be picked up on the regular schedule next week.

Anyone who has questions, wants to report a missed pickup or would like to request that a bin be replaced can call E.L. Harvey customer service at 508-836-300 or visit elharvey.com/contact.
