12:10 a.m. A caller called numerous times to talk about her aunt. She did not want police to respond, and she was advised that eviction is a civil process.
12:24 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on a vehicle parked on Lakeshore Drive and found it unoccupied.
10:24 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz responded to a motor vehicle crash on West Main Street and took a report.
12:27 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted the State Police with attempting to return a lost wallet and purse to a Constitution Court resident.
12:35 p.m. A Maple Street caller reported losing an iPhone12 work phone somewhere in Hopkinton. She retraced all her steps but could not find it. The incident was logged.
12:41 p.m. A caller reported a female dragging an oven on the sidewalk on Main Street. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and spoke with the individual, and she went on her way.
4:32 p.m. A caller reported an out-of-town school bus side-swiped a minivan on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Sean McKeon responded and took a crash report. He followed the driver of the minivan home to make sure she arrived safely.
4:40 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik reported a loose dog in the roadway on Grove Street. He assisted the owner in retrieving the dog.
4:59 p.m. A Waltham Police detective asked for an officer to confirm whether a male individual was at a Hoyt Way residence or not. Officers Noah Buentello and Sean McKeon responded, located the individual and advised Waltham.
5:43 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti reported secondary wires were ripped down on Ash Street, and he moved them to the side of the road. Verizon was notified.
8:31 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello made checks of Pratt Way property.
April 29
2:14 a.m. Officer Aline Matos made checks of Loop Road.
7:12 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker came upon a contractor taking up a lane of traffic on Grove Street and working without a police detail. He spoke with the crew and shut them down until they arranged for a detail.
7:53 a.m. A caller reported an inside odor of natural gas in a Main Street building. Officer Benjamin Vaz and the Fire Department responded to investigate.
9:01 a.m. Police Chief Joseph Bennett spoke with a person on Wood Street about a traffic complaint.
9:06 a.m. A Hearthstone Road resident reported a missing large brown mountain dog. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded to search the area and notified the animal control officer.
9:31 a.m. Sgt. Matthew McNeil and Officers Nicholas Walker and Benjamin Vaz completed community relations on Mayhew Street.
11:22 a.m. Police Chief Joseph Bennett assisted a walk-in who had questions about homelessness and gave him advice.
4:58 p.m. A Revolutionary Way caller requested an officer to speak with her 7-year-old daughter about stealing. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted.
6:59 p.m. A Weybridge Lane resident reported her neighbor was having issues with birds and other animals. The animal control officer was contacted.
7:59 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
9:02 p.m. A caller reported she found a cat on Wood Street and brought it home with her. A message was left with the animal control officer.
April 30
8:01 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker responded along with the Fire Department to a report of an inside odor of natural gas at an Ash Street residence.
8:33 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded along with the Fire Department to a report of the inside odor of natural gas on Mayhew Street.
12:19 p.m. A walk-in reported he lost a set of keys on West Main Street and wanted it logged.
1:52 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz assisted a person with fingerprinting.
2:33 p.m. The DPW reported a motor vehicle crash on Elm Street that resulted in a smoking vehicle. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officers Noah Buentello, Shannon Casey and Nicholas Walker responded along with the Fire Department. No personal injuries were reported. A tow truck removed the vehicle and Officer Noah Buentello provided the driver with a courtesy transport to the Milford town line.
4:02 p.m. A caller reported his son saw an older man with a young child on North Mill Street, and something seemed suspicious. Officer Kyle Quinzani took a report.
4:41 p.m. Officers Justin Cappuccio and Matthew LaTour took a motor vehicle crash report on West Main Street.
6:12 p.m. A Woodview Way caller asked for assistance finding an emergency phone number in Oregon.
7:14 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio checked on a vehicle parked on Lakeshore Drive and contacted the owner, who was in Florida and was to have someone else move it.
7:58 p.m. A Pond Street caller requested to speak with an officer about a restraining order. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Kyle Quinzani assisted with the records request process.
May 1
2:37 a.m. Multiple officers assisted the State Police in searching for a person who took off on foot after allegedly operating a stolen vehicle on Lumber Street. Two Milford officers and a K-9 unit also responded to Hayden Rowe Street at Granite Street. Hopkinton officers brought a drone to the area. The State Police also brought a drone. The individual was not located.
7:57 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz completed community policing on Hayden Rowe Street during school drop-off.
11:11 a.m. A walk-in reported possible fraud. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and confirmed it was a scam. No personal information was given, and the person was advised of ways to prevent future fraud.
1:15 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator on West Main Street traveling slowly and stopping in the middle of the roadway. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded, and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
1:29 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
1:57 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour spoke with a person about the eviction process and gave advice.
2:07 p.m. A caller reported her ex-husband and some suspicious activity. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and took a report.
4:30 p.m. Multiple callers reported smoke in the area of Greenwood Road. Officer Sean McKeon responded along with the Fire Department, and smoke was found coming from a controlled burn on Saddle Hill Road.
4:36 p.m. A caller reported a loose dog roaming around Autumn Ridge Drive. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and could not locate the dog.
7:19 p.m. A caller complained of loud noise on Walcott Valley Drive. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and advised a resident to turn down the music.
10:14 p.m. Multiple officers responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a car and a pole on West Main Street. The Upton Police Department assisted and blocked off West Main Street at Gassett Road. Eversource and Verizon were on scene. The driver refused medical attention and was issued a citation for marked lanes violation.
11:47 p.m. A motorist reported he was cut off by another driver, and the caller followed that driver home to a Roosevelt Lane residence. Officers Kyle Quinzani and Rober Ekross responded and spoke with both drivers, and they admitted to a road rage incident. They agreed to part ways.
May 2
12:02 a.m. The Southborough Police Department requested assistance with protective custody of a Stoney Brook Road resident. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Eva Cann and Kyle Quinzani assisted.
3:07 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti retrieved a wallet belonging to a person involved in a motor vehicle crash on Main Street and contacted the owner for pickup.
10:04 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community relations on Spruce Street.
11:35 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of the former Center School property on Ash Street.
1:16 p.m. An Oliver Lane caller reported a bird was stuck in his chimney. The animal control officer was contacted and was to speak with the caller.
9:49 p.m. A Davis Road resident reported a dark-colored car with tinted windows and no license plates was parked outside and appeared out of place. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and spoke to the driver, a DoorDash delivery person. All was OK.
11:33 p.m. The Milton Police Department requested an officer to find a family member of a woman who may be in danger in Connecticut. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Eva Cann went to a Weybridge Lane address and found that the woman no longer resided there.
11:49 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Noah Buentello responded to a noise complaint on Aspen Way. Residents stated they heard noise coming from upstairs, but officers found nothing.
May 3
12:59 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on a vehicle on West Main Street. The driver was searching for a missing cat.
1:44 a.m. Officer Eva Cann made checks of Pratt Way property and the Fruit Street fields and found an open door, which appeared to be an oversight. Nobody was inside.
1:48 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on a vehicle on Pratt Way and found a person restocking the vending machines. All was OK.
2:28 a.m. The Southborough Police Department requested a female officer to assist with a booking. Officer Eva Cann assisted.
7:45 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon removed a large dog crate from the roadway on West Main Street.
8:55 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community relations on West Main Street.
8:58 a.m. A Greystone Lane caller reported a sick raccoon in her driveway. Officer Augusto Diaz and the animal control officer responded.
9:25 a.m. A walk-in handed in a tablet with a case that was found at the high school next to the buses after a track meet.
7:44 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
8:41 p.m. A walk-in reported she was verbally assaulted the previous night on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Noah Buentello spoke with her and determined nothing criminal occurred.
11:00 p.m. A walk-in reported a vehicle struck a deer on Hayden Rowe Street. Officers Eva Cann and Aline Matos checked the area, and the vehicle and deer were gone upon their arrival.
May 4
6:40 a.m. A motorist reported sheet rock in the roadway on West Main Street. Officer Aline Matos responded and notified the DPW.
8:40 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle parked on South Street and found the driver taking a rest after making a delivery.
9:31 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted a contractor looking for help finding the best location to park on Wood Street.
10:10 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik took a report of a lost/stolen license plate on Lumber Street.
11:07 a.m. A young caller on Curtis Road reported his mother was not home and something was left on, and alarms were sounding. Officers Noah Buentello and Nicholas Walker responded along with the Fire Department. A candle was determined to have caused the issue. The parents were on scene.
12:45 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker reported low-hanging wires on Fruit Street and subsequently closed the road. The DPW took barricades to the scene.
1:07 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker and the Fire Department responded to a mulch fire on Freedom Way.
1:52 p.m. A caller reported finding a white, long-haired dog with blue eyes on Frankland Road. He took it to Baypath. The animal control officer was notified.
2:36 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik spoke to an individual with a citizen complaint on Main Street.
3:30 p.m. A caller reported a raccoon in the drop-off area of Elmwood School on Elm Street.
3:46 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello responded to a motor vehicle crash on Mount Auburn Street and took a report.
3:59 p.m. A caller reported his daughter was involved in a road rage incident on Hayden Rowe Street 10 minutes prior. The other vehicle cut her off the roadway. The incident was logged.
5:42 p.m. A concerned caller reported a dog inside a parked vehicle on West Main Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and reported the dog appeared to be OK.
6:33 p.m. A caller reported chickens and ducks roaming loose on Doyle Lane. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and the animal control officer responded and located the owner of the animals.
7:57 p.m. A Mayhew Court caller complained of noise in the area. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officer Noah Buentello responded, notified some parties of the complaint and moved them along.
8:50 p.m. A Wood Street caller reported suspicious parties who came to his door and offered power washing services. Officer Nicholas Saletnik spoke with the caller and assisted.
