Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Willow

Adoptable Animal-Willow

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 4-year-old Willow.

Here is Baypath’s description of Willow:

“Willow has a heart as big as her smile.

“This sweet 4-year-old chocolate Lab loves people more than just about anything. If you’re looking for a dog who wants to be your shadow, your couch buddy, your walking partner and your biggest fan, Willow is ready to apply for the job.

“She’ll happily greet you with a wagging tail, lean in for pets and carry around her favorite stuffed toys like treasured possessions. While she enjoys getting outside for walks and exploring, she’s not looking for a nonstop adventure. What Willow wants most is simple: people to love and a place to belong.

“After spending much of her life in a very small world, Willow is still discovering all the things life has to offer. She’s hoping for a patient family that will help her build confidence, celebrate her progress and show her just how fun new experiences can be.

“Willow would love to be the center of attention in her future home, soaking up all the affection she can get. In return, she’ll give you endless loyalty, plenty of snuggles and a best friend who is always happy to see you.

“If you’ve got room in your heart (and on your couch) for a sweet lady, Willow would love to meet you.”
