According to the latest update for the Main Street Corridor Project, crews will be out overnight next week to complete permanent line striping.

Striping from the fire station to Ray Street will be done as night work starting Monday through Thursday. Detours and lane closures will be used as needed.

Other work next week includes sidewalk work and repairs throughout the project area. Crews also will complete work on the Wood Street driveway for the Next Generation Children’s Center. A.F. Amorello & Sons will provide notice to the daycare on dates for the driveway work to occur.

Drivers are asked to plan ahead, allow extra travel time and follow posted detour signs while traveling through the project area.
