Dec. 22
6:30 p.m. A caller reported a white truck struck a pole on Legacy Farms North and drove off. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officers Justin Cappuccio and Brian Ziniti responded and notified Eversource. The Southborough Police Department was contacted and caught up with the vehicle. A 40-year-old resident of Patricia Drive in Tyngsboro was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage and OUI liquor.

12:57 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on a vehicle parked behind CVS on Main Street. The driver needed a tow.
7:42 a.m. A caller reported a large dog loose on Daniel Shays Road. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked the area with a negative find.
8:23 a.m. A caller reported a dead fox on West Main Street. The DPW was notified.
10:27 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle ran a red light on Grove Street. The incident was logged.
2:44 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted a Walcott Valley Drive resident with fingerprinting.
3:43 p.m. A motorist reported he ran out of gas on North Street and needed assistance. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded and assisted.
7:32 p.m. A caller reported a white van passed her middle school sons and their friends on Victory Lane three times, the door opened and then the van took off. The caller wanted the incident logged.
7:54 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield checked on the Fruit Street fields.
9:18 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle parked in the roadway on Breakneck Hill Road for about an hour with its lights on. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officer Brian Ziniti checked on the vehicle and spoke with a male and a female talking inside. All was OK.
11:23 p.m. A caller reported an intoxicated male yelling and screaming in the roadway on Walcott Street. Officers Eva Cann and Aline Matos and Sgt. Robert Ekross located the male walking to his residence. He made it home safely.

12:06 a.m. Officer Eva Cann made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
1:09 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on the Fruit Street fields.
5:51 a.m. A caller reported a male sleeping in the game room at the Constitution Court apartments. Officers Robert Ekross and Eva Cann responded, and the individual was gone upon their arrival.
9:33 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on Hayden Rowe Street property.
11:14 a.m. A caller reported a light brown medium-sized dog running loose on Legacy Farms North. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded and notified the animal control officer.
4:25 p.m. A caller reported he hit a deer on Daniel Shays Road the previous night. The incident was logged.
5:03 p.m. An East Main Street caller reported a pipe burst in his barn, and he requested the Water Department respond to shut off the water.
5:51 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti responded to a motor vehicle crash on West Main Street and took a report.
6:38 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin made checks of EMC Park on Hayden Rowe Street.
10:21 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti responded along with the Fire Department to an outside smoke investigation on Hayward Street.
Dec. 18
1:10 a.m. Officer Eva Cann issued a warning for a winter parking ban violation on Fenton Street.
7:31 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded along with the Fire Department to the inside and outside odor of propane on Mayhew Street.
7:46 a.m. Officers Matthew LaTour and Benjamin Vaz completed community policing on Hayden Rowe Street.
8:16 a.m. Officer Matthew LaTour completed community relations on Elm Street.
11:31 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
1:57 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz took a report of stolen property on Cedar Street.
3:35 p.m. A Thayer Heights Road resident reported a suspicious U-Haul cargo van had been in her driveway, and a person opened her garage, picked up an Amazon package, then left. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and spoke to the person, who was an Amazon driver delivering packages. All was OK.
4:37 p.m. A walk-in from Church Street reported People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) was targeting UMass Memorial Medical School, where he is a professor. He stated that he was on the list of professors to be targeted. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and took a report.
4:45 p.m. A Roosevelt Lane walk-in reported credit card fraud. Officer Matthew LaTour took a report.
7:44 p.m. A walk-in brought in a package that was delivered to the wrong address. Officer Matthew LaTour facilitated the delivery of the package to the correct address.
8:20 p.m. A caller reported his fellow employee on West Main Street was intoxicated and making a delivery. Sgt. Shannon Beloin, Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and located the intoxicated person in the rear of the building. He was waiting for a ride.
8:36 p.m. A caller reported being locked inside a bathroom on West Main Street. Sgt. Shannon Beloin responded along with the Fire Department.
11:56 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic Jeep on Ash Street. Officers Aline Matos and Nicholas Saletnik responded and issued a verbal warning to the driver for marked lanes violation

12:37 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon made checks on Pratt Way property.
11:04 a.m. A caller reported a tree fell on Cedar Street. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded and notified the DPW.
11:07 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti took a motor vehicle accident report on Elm Street.
11:12 a.m. A caller reported a tree and wires down in the roadway on Winter Street. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded.
11:20 a.m. A Turnbridge Lane walk-in reported vandalism. Officer Brian Ziniti took a report and attempted to obtain video footage.
11:27 a.m. A caller reported a tree in the roadway on Alexander Road. The DPW was notified.
11:37 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti reported a tree hanging over the roadway on top of secondary wires on Chestnut Street. Eversource was notified.
11:55 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro reported fallen fiber optic wires on Hayden Rowe Street. Verizon was notified.
12:44 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti and the Fire Department responded to a report of fallen wires on Downey Street. Eversource was notified.
2:14 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin reported a leaning telephone pole on Wood Street. Eversource was notified.
2:20 p.m. School administration reported a suspicious person on school property on Hayden Rowe Street. Sgt. Matthew Santoro checked on the person and reported it was a misunderstanding. All was OK.
2:39 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani took a motor vehicle crash report on West Main Street.
3:43 p.m. A Cedar Street Extension resident reported a package was stolen from her mailbox. Officer Matthew LaTour took a report.
5:06 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour conducted a motor vehicle stop on Smith Road and spoke with the driver about license status. All was OK.
5:30 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Granite Street and gave the driver a courtesy transport to the station.
7:22 p.m. While driving on Main Street, Sgt. Cody Normandin observed two people dressed in black cross Main Street and not use the crosswalk. The driver of a vehicle had difficulty seeing the pedestrians. Sgt. Normandin spoke with the pedestrians and advised them to use the crosswalk.
10:22 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on two people behind a West Main Street building and took an incident report.

1:04 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle parked on Hayden Rowe Street, and the occupants were to move along.
1:07 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle on Maple Street and spoke with an Uber driver.
9:50 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded to a report of a tree across Valentine Road. The DPW was contacted.
9:52 a.m. A caller reported a load of cinder blocks was dumped on a Walker Street property the previous week, and he did not think they were owned by the neighbor. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on the cinder blocks and was to look into the matter.
10:24 a.m. A caller reported hunters on the side of the roadway on Legacy Farms North near State Park property. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked the area with a negative find on hunters.
4:39 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of Loop Road.
5:53 p.m. An Ash Street caller reported a motorcycle went through his backyard about 10 minutes earlier, and he wanted the incident logged.
6:02 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin reported low-hanging wires on South Street and notified Eversource.
8:55 p.m. A Wayside Drive walk-in reported a stolen package. Officer Sean McKeon assisted and took a report.
10:24 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
Dec. 21
7:27 a.m. A caller reported an erratic operator all over the roadway on West Main Street. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and reported the vehicle got on Interstate 495, and he notified the State Police.
12:05 p.m. A caller reported she and her dog were being chased by a Rottweiler loose on Freedom Way. Sgt. William Burchard responded and spoke with all involved parties, and the dog was back with its owner. The animal control officer was notified of the incident.
1:18 p.m. An Ash Street caller reported hearing two loud blasts in the area. Officer Noah Buentello responded and did not find anything suspicious in the area.
1:31 p.m. A walk-in reported someone opened a bank account under his name. Sgt. William Burchard assisted and took a report of fraud.
2:26 p.m. A caller reported a dog was hit by a car on Main Street, and it ran off. Sgt. William Burchard responded and saw the dog but was unable to get it. The animal control officer was contacted.
6:03 p.m. A caller reported finding an abandoned firearm on Pine Island Road near the lake. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and took the firearm. A report was taken.
8:57 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Clinton Street.
Dec. 22
1:45 a.m. Officer Eva Cann issued a warning for a winter parking ban violation on Front Street.
8:53 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard and Officers Augusto Diaz and Nicholas Saletnik responded to a civil dispute on Grove Street and took a report.
9:34 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz spoke with a person on Main Street about a civil complaint.
12:28 p.m. Officers Kiley Davis and Augusto Diaz responded to a motor vehicle accident on Hayden Rowe Street involving two cars and took a report. A tow truck removed a vehicle.
1:38 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community relations on Wood Street.
2:30 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz took a report of fraud on Main Street.
5:20 p.m. A caller reported an aggressive dog always out loose on Meserve Street, and it ran at her this day. The animal control officer was notified.
9:06 p.m. A walk-in requested to speak with an officer about some drama at his friend’s house on Elm Street. He needed to retrieve his belongings but did not feel comfortable. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officer Justin Cappuccio assisted, went to the address and picked up the property.
11:52 p.m. Sgt. Robert Ekross checked on Hoyt Way property.
