Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Betty

Adoptable Animal-Betty

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 11-year-old Betty.

Here is Baypath’s description of Betty:

“Looking for a sweet, easygoing companion? Meet Betty, a senior gem with the perfect mix of pep and calm. She adores her daily walks — just seeing the leash gets her wiggling with joy — but she’s just as happy curling up next to you afterward, especially on her favorite bean bag.

“Betty is fully house-trained, sleeps soundly through the night and is wonderfully well-behaved indoors. She’s a quiet, affectionate girl who loves belly rubs, car rides and her absolute favorite treat — cooked chicken!

“Her signature look? A cute little tongue that hangs out and melts hearts. Betty is looking for a peaceful, dog-free home where she can enjoy strolls, snuggles and lots of love in her golden years.”

For more information on Betty and any of the other available pets at Baypath, email adopt@baypathhumane.org or visit baypathhumane.org/adopt.
