Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Dexter

by | Apr 11, 2024 | Featured

Adoptable Animal-Dexter

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 11-year-old Dexter.

Here is Baypath’s description of Dexter:

“Hey there, I’m Dexter! I’m a senior, but don’t let that fool you. I’ve got the energy of a puppy, and a heart full of love.

“I’m playful, friendly and a bit of a goofball. I love to make everyone laugh with my funny antics, and I’m always up for a good cuddle. I’m on a special mission to find a forever home where I can be the only dog. While I enjoy play dates and walks with my canine buddies, I prefer to be the center of attention at home!

“I might have this thing called ‘cancer,’ but it doesn’t slow me down. I still love to play and bring joy to everyone around me. I hope you can see past my medical issue and give me a place to call home. All I need is a comfy bed, some toys, and people to spend my days with!

“Give me a chance to join your family and I promise to fill your life with laughter, love and endless games of fetch!”

For more information on Dexter and any of the other available pets at Baypath, email adopt@baypathhumane.org or visit baypathhumane.org/adopt.
