Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Max and Maia

Adoptable Animal-Max and Maia

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s we feature Max and Maia.

Here is Baypath’s description of the pair:

“Are you looking for a duo that will make you proud and constantly smiling? These two will need a loving home with some patience to get them used to the world. Max the Raccoon and Maia have already grown so much with their time here.

“They arrived at the shelter after a long trip from the meat markets in Korea. Handsome Max, 2, and beautiful Maia, 3, have found comfort in each other and have overcome so much together.

“Max and Maia are truly a bonded pair, enjoying their playtime and rest together. We want to find them a home that will accept both of them. What you will get in return are two dogs that will be very loyal, play with you and each other, and then happily take a snooze. They both love puppies and have been great mentors to them.

“We hope to find Max and Maia a family ready to open their heart and home to these two incredibly loving dogs in return for lots of wet kisses, snuggles and watching them grow and learn.”

For more information on this pair and any of the other available pets at Baypath, email adopt@baypathhumane.org or visit baypathhumane.org/adopt.
