Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Pumpkin

by | Mar 28, 2024 | Featured

Adoptable Animal-Pumpkin

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 1-year-old Pumpkin.

Here is Baypath’s description of Pumpkin:

“Think spring, think Pumpkin! This 1-year-old is turning the seasons on their head. Pumpkin is here to sprinkle a little sunshine on your daily walks; he’s not just a fall favorite!

“Pumpkin checks all the boxes. He’s great on a leash, friendly to everyone he meets, and good with other dogs! On top of an amazing personality, Pumpkin has the most adorable face, with cute, perky ears.

“Pumpkin is looking for a home with a canine sibling to romp around with. He would also thrive with teenagers who know how to throw a ball for him to chase and ask for a ‘sit’ when he gets too excited (no young kids, please!). We are unsure about cats at this time. Pumpkin loves to spend time in nature — no cities for this boy, please! Because he loves to get his zoomies out, his new home must also have a fenced-in yard.

“If you think sweet Pumpkin could be the one for your family, please start the process today!”

For more information on Pumpkin and any of the other available pets at Baypath, email adopt@baypathhumane.org or visit baypathhumane.org/adopt.
