Letter to the Editor: Business owner for Esthimer

by | May 15, 2019 | News

To the Editor:

My name is Sabine St. Pierre and I am a Hopkinton resident and own a business in town. I am also a board member of the LMPA (Lake Maspenock Preservation Association). I am endorsing Cynthia Esthimer as a candidate for commissioner of Parks and Recreation. I have the pleasure of knowing Cynthia as a neighbor for over 10 years, and she has been an active member of LMPA for almost 30 years. Since maintaining our lake and surrounding environment has always been important to Cynthia, she is currently leading a small group of volunteers in a project called Lake Wise where they are focusing on best practices for lake residents. She sits on the Town of Hopkinton Lake Maspenock Weed Management and Control Advisory Group.  Cynthia is an active member of not only the lake community but of Hopkinton. She has the knowledge and skills to be a successful and contributing member of Parks and Recreation.
