Local students honored for college success
The following Hopkinton residents earned undergraduate degrees from WPI at its commencement last month: James Chakalos (B.S. with distinction in mechanical engineering), Amanda Dings (B.S. with high distinction in aerospace engineering), Parker Grant (B.S. with distinction in electrical and computer engineering) , Paul Shingleton (B.S. with distinction in computer science) and Kameron Yagoobi (B.S. with distinction in industrial engineering). Graduate degrees were presented to Shannon Moffat (M.S. in robotics engineering), Michael Twardoski (M.S. in robotics engineering) and Christopher Martel (doctor of philosophy in interdisciplinary).
