In a notice to residents, DPW Director Kerry Reed stated that Downey Street will close Monday. Crews are scheduled to remove a hazardous tree in the vicinity of 4 Downey Street.
Work hours are 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Residents are advised to expect detours and to seek alternate routes.
