Eleanor Ularich

Eleanor R. Ularich, 97, died Nov. 6 at her home in Hopkinton. She was the wife of the late Anthony V. Ularich, who died in 2006. Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Rose (Porte) Balboni.

Eleanor worked for many years as a clerk at National Distributors. She enjoyed spending time at the Hopkinton Senior Center and especially loved Hopkinton’s summertime concerts on the common, where she could often be seen dancing to every song.

She is survived by her two brothers, Lawrence Balboni Jr. of Naples, Maine, and Robert Balboni of West Stockbridge, her sister, Ruth Balboni of Arlington, and her good friend Veronica Bilodeau of Hopkinton.

A memorial funeral Mass was celebrated Nov. 22 in St. John the Evangelist Church, Hopkinton, followed by a private burial. Arrangements were entrusted to the Callanan Cronin Funeral Home (callanancronin.com).
