HBA travel basketball registration open

by | Sep 3, 2024 | Sports

Registration for Hopkinton Basketball Association travel basketball is open for the 2024-25 season.

HBA travel basketball is for boys and girls in Grades 4-8. There are mandatory tryouts this month and players must be registered in advance. The tryout schedule is available at the HBA website.

The HBA will hold a free pre-tryout clinic for any interested players in Grades 4 and 5 this Friday, Sept. 6, from 6:15-7:15 p.m. at Doyle Gym (the lower gym at Hopkinton Middle School). Then at 7:15 p.m., there will be a Parent Information Night where HBA representatives will talk about the program and answer any questions.

Parks & Rec in-town basketball also is set to return this winter, with clinics for Grades K-2 and leagues for Grades 3-12. Registration for that program (which does not have tryouts) is expected to open in the next couple of weeks.
