Hopkinton Community Summer Band returns

by | Apr 26, 2021 | Featured

The Hopkinton Music Association is sponsoring the 16th annual Hopkinton Community Summer Band. Individuals 14 years and older in the greater Hopkinton community who played an instrument in the past or currently play an instrument are welcome to join.

Rehearsals will be Tuesdays from 6:30-8 p.m. outside of the Hopkinton High School band room or indoor in bad weather. Rehearsals start June 15 and continue through July 13. There also will be two Thursday rehearsals, on July 8 and July 15.

The band will perform July 18 on the Town Common as part of the Summer Concert Series.

There is a $40 registration fee to help defray some of the costs of the program.

For more information, visit the Hopkinton Community Summer Band page on Facebook.
