Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

During the month of July, brothers Evan and Owen Fitzpatrick have organized the inaugural Hopkinton Art Walk, modeled after the famous one in Arles, France.

Interim Town Manager Elaine Lazarus and the Hopkinton Water and Sewer Department on Thursday announced new water and sewer rate changes for residents that went into effect on July 1.

AARP will host an interactive community conversation in which attendees will learn how Social Security is funded and about the future health and stability of the program. The program takes place Thursday, July 18, at 1 p.m. at the Hopkinton Senior Center.
