Hopkinton Today: Monday, June 6

by | Jun 6, 2022 | Featured: Features, Hopkinton Today

Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.

One day after Hopkinton High School commencement exercises, the senior class rode through town during the third annual car parade Saturday morning. The route took graduates past all of the Hopkinton schools.

The concept of time was woven through the speeches at Friday’s graduation ceremony at Hopkinton High School.

Hopkinton Organizing for Prevention (HOP) will host a free, family-friendly drive-up movie — Disney/Pixar’s “Luca” — for the Hopkinton community on Saturday, June 18, from 6:45-9:30 p.m. at the Hopkinton Middle School parking lot.

Town meetings tonight include the Planning Board (7) and Woodville Historic District Commission.

Photo of the Day: Volunteers pose for a photo Saturday morning after clearing growth on the Peloquin Woods property off Cobblers Way as part of the monthly trails cleanup program sponsored by the town’s Trail Coordination and Management Committee and the Hopkinton Trails Club.
