Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.

As part of the Main Street Corridor Project this week, the contractor will raise castings on manholes project-wide. As a result, the eastbound detour from Pleasant Street to Maple Street to Hayden Rowe Street and back to Main Street will be in effect.

The 13th annual Paws & Claws 5K to benefit the Baypath Humane Society was held Sunday morning at Hopkinton State Park, and we have photos.

This week’s Library Corner includes a schedule update along with information about programs such as Frayed Knot Fiber Arts Circle, Conversation Circles and “Ask a Muslin Anything.”

Town meetings tonight include the Climate Action Workgroup of the Sustainable Green Committee (5).
