by | Aug 8, 2024 | Featured: Features, Hopkinton Today

Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

The members of the Richmond family have found unique ways to give back to their local and regional communities: their dogs and their plane.

On Tuesday night, the Parks & Recreation Commission engaged in an in-depth debate over proposed updates to the Pyne Field project.

The Select Board met Tuesday night in a session that was largely administrative in nature, with unanimous votes of approval of upcoming event permits, new hires and the state primary election warrant.

Board of Health members on Monday discussed a possible surge in West Nile virus-carrying mosquitoes, which could impact the town.

This week’s Police Log includes one arrest along with reports of a truck damaging a stone wall, a sinking sidewalk on Grove Street and a road rage incident on West Main Street.

Town meetings tonight include the School Committee (7) and Board of Assessors (7).
