Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

A group of Hopkinton Boy Scouts trekked the mountains of the southwestern United States at Philmont Scout Ranch this summer.

Voting in the state primary election will take place today from 7 a.m.-8.p.m. at Hopkinton Middle School’s Brown Gym.

This week’s Real Estate Transactions list shows eight homes sold, including one for $2.1 million.

Keith Regan, a 1985 Hopkinton High School graduate, passed away last week after a hard-fought battle against an aggressive form of cancer.
