Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a video or two to brighten your morning.
Ever since its inception, Mental Health Collaborative has been on a mission. Through education and awareness, the Hopkinton nonprofit has been working diligently to decrease the stigma of mental illness while keeping conversations on the matter open and ongoing. The pandemic has forced MHC to think outside the box to keep its efforts moving forward.
The latest edition of the Police Log is loaded with unemployment fraud cases. Loose pets also continue to be a problem, and there has been a rash of motor vehicle accidents.
Our Business Profile feature is on Phipps Insurance, owned by Hopkinton native Brian Thomas, nephew of founder Paul M. Phipps.
