Business Profile: Hopkinton Verizon seeks to satisfy wireless needs

by | Jan 29, 2020 |

New management focuses on enhanced customer service.

At the 89 W. Main St. Verizon location, sales associate Jaqueline Morales and store manager Hasan Nori are eager to solve customers’ telecommunications needs.

Owner Sanat Palia celebrates the fourth-year anniversary of his IM Wireless business at 89 W. Main St. with bold, new Verizon signage on the storefront and a new management team in place to meet all wireless needs.

“With 12 years in the industry, I’ve trained my team to provide the best possible solutions to any customers’ needs, in store or at your small business,” Palia stated. “Come in and check us out. We’re here to help.”

As a telecommunications company, the Hopkinton Verizon store offers the latest in cell phones, wireless plans, accessories and more. Old cell phones may be traded in and instant credit received toward a new phone.

Palia notes that because Verizon Wireless has recently lowered its prices, wireless plans are now available for as low as $30 per line when one selects the Family Plan with five lines and sets up autopay.

“Many customers don’t know about the latest plans and upgrades available, but my team and I will spend whatever time is needed to provide up-to-date information and make service plan recommendations to ensure the lowest pricing possible,” Palia said.

When a customer enters the shop, an employee reviews a check list menu of items to determine what the individual’s needs may be, offers an account analysis and educates the buyer as to available discounts, possible phone upgrades and cell phone protection plans.

Following the review, the team member will suggest what plan or service option might best serve the customer. If a customer is open to enrolling in autopay or paperless billing, an additional discount will apply.

Apple watches and iPads are always on discount, and a wide range of cell phone accessories are offered in store.

Customer reviews online include, “I highly recommend the Hopkinton Verizon location for any upgrades,” and, “I wait little or not at all, and the staff is extremely helpful.”

For small business owners using multiple lines, Palia is available for an in-person consultation to address any questions and concerns, provide free account analysis and explain service plan options. Once the review is complete, Palia will implement the best business solution option for the client.

“We can help your small business save money,” Palia added. “Trust Hopkinton Verizon to meet your business needs.”

Palia is a member of the Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce and enjoys supporting community events whenever possible.

Beyond the Hopkinton location, Palia operates five additional store locations in Eastern Massachusetts, including East Bridgewater, Franklin, Halifax, Stow and Wilmington.

Hours of operation at the Verizon store in Hopkinton are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. The store is open on Monday holidays. There is one dedicated parking space in front of the store and more parking behind it.

Call the shop at 508-497-0700 with any questions or visit imwireless.net to learn more.
