Once Realtor Jeannine Coburn closes on a sale, she makes certain her clients understand that she’s not going anywhere.

“I’m there to serve my clients before, during, and after their transaction closes,” she said. “I always want to be a resource for them.”

It’s that commitment of exceptional service that has garnered Coburn an abundance of gratified clients.

Coburn, of RE/MAX Executive Realty in Hopkinton, is a real estate veteran who has been in the business for 23 years. Throughout her years, she’s gained quite a comprehensive understanding of the market and is known for working incredibly hard at putting her clients in the best possible position to buy or sell a property.

The Hopkinton resident says she entered the real estate business after having her son.

“My friends told me I needed to get out of the house,” she laughed.

Coburn began working for a Realtor in Framingham and realized right away that she loved working in the industry.

“It gave me a great work/life balance,” she said.

When it comes to selling a home, Coburn says her biggest goal is to market the property and expose it to the maximum number of buyers considering that price range.

“That means preparing the house so it’s in the best possible shape and using the best marketing tools in the industry,” Coburn explained.

And when it comes to marketing, Coburn makes sure that she utilizes her network of professionals.

“I have a team of stagers, builders, photographers, filmmakers, and website designers available. Putting the time in ahead always nets great results for my sellers,” she said.

Coburn encourages those who are thinking of selling their house in the next 12 months to contact her.

“That way we can strategically put together a must do list and a maybe do list and then the seller can work at their own pace,” she said.

For anyone looking for a Realtor, Coburn offers this advice: “Make sure to use a Realtor that you connect with; you’re going to be with him or her for a long time. Interview several before making a decision on one.”

She says what she loves most about her work is the clients she gets to know so well.

“I’m in their homes, sitting in their living rooms, meeting their children,” she said.

Coburn recalls seeing a former client not long ago.

“He said to me, ‘You were there for one of the best moments in my life; you helped me find my dream home,’” she said. “It’s just the best feeling; sharing those big moments with people.”

When she’s not a busy mom of three “amazing” children and working, Coburn loves yoga, traveling, and working in and around her own home.
