Lee David Curtis

Lee David Curtis, 77, of Hopkinton, passed away Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Eleanor (Brillhart) and John H. Curtis. He was the husband of 53 years to Clementine “Tina” G. Curtis of Hopkinton.

   Lee worked for Dennison/Avery in Framingham for almost 35 years. He was an avid New York Yankees fan and enjoyed playing slow pitch within the company’s leagues. Lee and his family enjoyed spending many happy summers at Hampton Beach, N.H. His main passion was creating music compilation CDs. His musical tastes ranged from “Phantom of the Opera” to New Orleans ragtime.

   Besides his wife, Lee is survived by his in-laws Fran and Joe Mandile of Upton, Linda Rudolph of Northborough, Frank Correnti and his partner, Kelly, of Hudson, Marie Galia of Tarbes, France, and Grace Licata of Delaware; his goddaughter, Lisa Patterson of Las Vegas, Nev., as well as many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his best friend from high school, Paul Gelly and his wife, Martha of Cinnamison, N.J., and his neighbors; Betty Branagan, Ted and Carrie Hoyt, and Billy and Martha Barry.

   Burial will be held privately with family at Saint Stephen’s Cemetery in Framingham. Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com
