Library Hours
The library is open for browsing Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Due to the expanded hours, curbside pickup has been discontinued. Study rooms and computers are available on a limited basis.
The library will be closed on Oct. 11 for Indigenous Peoples Day/Columbus Day.

Baptiste Power Yoga Class

Relaunching Your Career with Deb Raymond

Experienced career coach Deb Raymond is leading a six-week series on relaunching a career. Attendees will meet weekly with others who are on the same journey and build their confidence to transition back to work. Register via the library’s website calendar.

ESL Conversation Circle
Fridays, Oct. 15, 22 and 29, 10: 30 a.m.-noon
This in-person program will provide an opportunity for English as a Second Language (ESL) learners to practice vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar in a fun, comfortable, laidback environment.

NaNoWriMo — Read like a Librarian
Tuesday, Oct. 19, 7 p.m. (Zoom)
Join reference and technology librarian Danielle for a peek into how librarians read. Get recommendations for books that will blow your mind and change the way you look at humans, plants, animals, rocks, societies and more.

Chat ’n’ Chew Book Group
Wednesday, Oct. 20, 12:30 p.m. (Jit.si)
Instead of assigning a book for all participants to read, each person reviews something they read this month.

Freedom Team Book Club
Tuesday, Oct. 26, 7 p.m. (Zoom)
This month’s book is “Broke in America” by Joanne Samuel Goldblum and Colleen Shaddox.
