by | May 18, 2025 | News

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation announced that there will be overnight ramp closures at the interchange of Interstate 495 southbound and Interstate 90 this Tuesday and Wednesday.

Closures will start at 11:59 p.m. and end at 5 a.m. MassDOT anticipates work to be completed by Thursday morning.

When the I-495 southbound on-ramp (Exit 106) from I-90 is closed, traffic will be directed to follow the detour signs and use I-495 northbound to exit 59B (Route 9 westbound), to reverse direction back to I-495 southbound.

Appropriate signage and law enforcement details will be in place. Drivers should anticipate delays and exercise caution while traveling through work zones.
