The Massachusetts Department of Transportation announced that overnight ramp closures at the interchange of Interstate 495 southbound and Interstate 90 will begin this Monday.

Closures will start at 11 p.m. and end at 5 a.m. MassDOT anticipates work to be completed by Thursday morning.

Both the on-ramp and off-ramp will undergo maintenance. Detours will route drivers either up to Route 9 westbound (Exit 59B) or West Main Street (Exit 54A) depending on which ramp is closed.

Appropriate signage and law enforcement details will be in place. Drivers should anticipate delays and exercise caution while traveling through work zones.
